Some blooms will open quickly, while others may take a bit longer, with buds gradually unfurling over the course of 2-4 days, starting from the base. It's possible that some buds may remain closed.

Remember to add fresh water to the vase daily and re-cut the stems every other day to help the flowers better absorb the water. Over time, prune any unwanted leaves and blossoms to encourage the remaining flowers to open.
